This treehouse was build around the remainings of an old larch in Lübeck. Exploring and the possibility for the children to play were important aspects in constructing the treehouse. An intermediate layer, a huge terrace and the cabin compose the skeletal structure. The old larch trunk, 4 straight and 2 skew stilts bear the weight. Following the little staircase one arrives at the intermediate level, which gives the children and of course the grown-ups as well, a lot of opportunities. At this point the treehouse visitor has the possibility of going upstairs to the upper terrace, sliding down the pole all the way to the ground or taking the ropeway to one of the neighbouring trees in 20m distance.
